In order to avoid recent Windows updates that could cause stability issues for your VPS, automatic updates are disabled.
If you want them re-enabled, you can easily do this from the services app. To do this, in the search box type 'services', to get to the services app.
From there, scroll down to Windows Update (1), right click on Properties. That will give you the option to select the startup type (2): Manual or Automatic. Once selected, click on the start button(3), which would allow you to update your system.
Now you can just go to Windows update and install them.
