Live Chat Support from IO Zoom

We are really pleased to announce today that live chat support is available to all IO Zoom customers and will be initially available during the hours of 9AM to 5PM CST (GMT -5) with future plans on extending it to 24/7. Now you can get a response and get the issue you're having resolved quickly.
To use live chat support you will need to login to the client portal (click on Login at top right) and generate a Support PIN code. This PIN code is used to verify your account and we will not be able to offer live support without this PIN code. You can find it by clicking on the Support link. Once in the Support Pin page click on "Generate" and it will give you a 4 digit code. Give this code to the support tech on live chat to verify your account.
