Managing Firewalld Print

Firewalld is an integral part of CentOS 7 and is a very versatile and usefull firewall solution provided out of the box, if you choose this OS for your VPS.

It comes a time that you might want to restart, stop or start it, so if you were wondering how that is done, you landed on the right page.

First of all you would need to login to your VPS as root and run the following commands:


Disable FirewallD

systemctl disable firewalld


Stop FirewallD

systemctl stop firewalld


Check the status of your FirewallD

systemctl status firewalld
